Pruva, Inc. ("Pruva," "we," "us") provides stock management and accounting software for ecommerce teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Account information: name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and credentials you provide when signing up or managing your workspace.

Business data you connect: product catalog, inventory, orders, customers, financial records, and other operational data imported from integrations such as Shopify or uploaded files. This data is processed on your behalf to provide the Services.

Usage information: log data, device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and actions taken in the app to maintain security, diagnose issues, and improve the product.

Communications: messages you send to us (support requests, demo inquiries, feedback) and our responses.

We use collected information to operate and improve the Services, authenticate users, sync connected data sources, generate reports and insights, provide customer support, send service-related notices, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand product usage and improve features. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers who help us host infrastructure, send email, process payments, or provide analytics under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only for our instructions.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We will notify you when legally permitted.

Within your workspace, data is visible to members you invite. Each workspace is isolated from other Pruva customers.

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or backup purposes.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and workspace isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and limiting workspace access to trusted team members.

You may update account details in Settings, disconnect integrations, or invite and remove workspace members. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data. Contact hello@pruva.us to exercise these rights.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the marketing site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice.
