Every Pruva customer operates in a dedicated workspace. Your catalog, orders, financial data, and team members are never mixed with another organization's data.
Role-based access controls let you invite operators, finance, and leadership with appropriate visibility.
Commerce connectors use OAuth with scoped, read-only access where the platform allows. Credentials are stored encrypted and used only to sync data into your workspace.
You can disconnect integrations at any time from Data sources in Settings.
All traffic between your browser and Pruva uses TLS. API communication with third-party platforms uses provider-required secure channels.
Team members authenticate with email and password. Session management follows modern security practices. Enterprise plans can include SSO and advanced access controls.
Workspace data is retained while your account is active. Contact hello@pruva.io to request account deletion. Some records may be retained where required for legal or security purposes.
